Welcome to Fancher's English Bulldogs! By purchasing an English Bulldog from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before making your purchase.

1. Deposits

A deposit is required to reserve a puppy.

Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable except in the event outlined below.

If Something Happens to the Puppy: If the reserved puppy becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances before the pickup date, you may choose to have your deposit refunded or applied to the next available pick.

2. Payments and Refunds

Full Payment Policy: Once a puppy is paid for in full, the sale is considered final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Payment must be completed before the puppy is released to the buyer.

3. Health Guarantee

All puppies are vet-checked and receive their first round of vaccinations prior to pickup.

Puppies are not available for pickup until they are at least 8 weeks old to ensure their health and readiness for their new homes.

4. AKC Registration

All our English Bulldogs are AKC registered and come from a strong bloodline.

Registration documents will be provided to the buyer.

5. Buyer Responsibility

Upon pickup, the buyer assumes full responsibility for the puppy’s health, including regular vet checkups, vaccinations, and overall care.

Puppies are sold as family companions and are not guaranteed for breeding or show purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all transactions made after the update.
